In 2012, the need for honesty and transparency in the roofing industry is what fueled our founder, Patrick Cochran's desire to establish Red Dog's Roofing. Red was his grandfather's nickname and many joked he "worked like a dog.", so Patrick created the name and demonstrated the ownership he took for each project by adding the apostrophe to the name.
In an industry where passing the buck is common, Patrick took a different approach, by being empathetic and trustworthy. As the business grew through word of mouth in the local market, Patrick saw the opportunity to open an office in Florida in 2017. At this time the team was formed and the business continued to grow. Over the years the team has worked to remain up to date on the latest products and best installation practices all while remaining customer focused.
Our team works hard every day to work and volunteer in the communities we serve, and work with the next generation of roofing and exterior professionals to increase the professionalism of the trade and grow the workforce.
Although our story started by paying homage to those that came before us, today we are on a mission to develop and be a part of those who will come after us.
