Overview:

Schedule:

40 plus hours per week (Mon-Fri, some weekends required)

Responsibilities:

• Review contacts and take offs for accuracy

• Contact customers and vendors to schedule projects, and assist with any questions or concerns

• Monitor jobs through our CRM software to ensure proper installation

• Work directly with project managers onsite to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained

• Manage scheduling for crews and project managers

• Assist office with permitting questions

• Maintain margin and revenue numbers through the production side of the business

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in roofing project management and logistics

• Successfully complete a background check.

• Have a valid driver's license

• Work well in a fast paced environment and remain organized

Compensation: Salary $52-62k per year based on experience
