Above and beyond
I'm writing this not as a customer but as a neighbor to someone who used your service. Today was a windy day and some of the old roofing was blowing into my yard and driveway. Members of your team came over and cleaned my driveway and yard before they left. This is above and beyond and I wanted to thank them again.
