A proven sales leader with experience coaching in-home or B2C reps
Comfortable managing KPIs, holding your team accountable, and correcting course
Not afraid of tough conversations, you address problems directly and constructively
Tech-savvy with CRMs, digital tools, and sales software
Willing to lead by example, including working evenings and weekends when needed
Physically able to perform roof and attic inspections when required
Driven by results, not ego, and ready to elevate those around you
Familiar with the Yoho sales methodology
